Two of Michael Jackson's three children, Prince and Paris, took part at the Grammys' Special Merit Awards ceremony in Los Angeles to accept a Lifetime Achievement Award for their father.
After star-studded the performance of Michael Jackson's "Earth song", Prince and Paris appeared onstage with their cousins, Tarryl, TJ and Taj Jackson of music group 3T to accept the award from presenter Lionel Richie. In black suits and red armbands, they made everyone remember to their father, the King of Pop.

Price and Paris made speech at Grammy Awards ceremony
In spite of speaking with a halt, Prince still kept composure to make speech successful and emotionally.
"We are proud to be here to accept this award on behalf of our father, Michael Jackson. First of all, we'd like to thank God for watching over us for the past seven months. And our grandmother and grandfather for their love and support. We would also like to thank the fans. Our father loved you so much because you were always there for him. Our father was always concerned about the planet and humanity. Through all his hard work and dedication, he's helped with many charities and donated to all of them. Through all his songs his message was simple: love. We will continue to spread his message and help spread the word. Thank you. We love you, Daddy."
Paris closed the speech with sweet words.
"Daddy was supposed to be here, Daddy was gonna perform this year. He couldn't perform last year. Thank you, we love you, Daddy."
According to Richie, who co-wrote "We Are the World" with Jackson, Michael Jackson once stated that in a world filled with hate, we must still dare to hope. In a world filled with despair, we must still dare to believe. In his too short time with us, Michael dared to believe in our power to make this world a better place.
